We are a Cairns based travel business that offers a free wedding planning service to engaged couples to plan both their own and their family and friends wedding accommodation and tour arrangements within their own personal easy to use website pages on Register Your Wedding
From an intimate elopement to the big wedding event Register Your Wedding is your wedding partner to help you put it all together.
What we do
We take away all the stress and fuss that wedding planning has been known for and make it easy for you to arrange your wedding in our tropical paradise just the way you want it.
Register Your Wedding will package your desired wedding accommodation, tours and activities and we guarantee the best available prices in the market saving you and your wedding guests time and money by bundling your accommodation and pre-post tour choices and adding them to your personal wedding pages.
Once you have registered we then get to work with you to set up your own unique wedding pages on Register Your Wedding.
We then send out to you your personalised Register Your Wedding Access Code Cards for you to include in your guests invitations advising them to log into your website wedding pages for details of your wedding arrangements and to book their accommodation along with the tours and activities that you would like to see everyone participate in to help get to know each other and have some fun pre-post your Cairns wedding.
How it works
Once inside your wedding pages you will find a comprehensive Wedding Suppliers List with all of the contact details of our hand picked wedding specialist suppliers for everything to do with arranging a wedding in Cairns and tropical north Queensland.
Your wedding is your big event so it’s totally up to you to choose who you would like to be your partner in making your wedding day arrangements.Our wedding suppliers list is made up of highly professional Cairns wedding organisers, planners and suppliers that have the local knowledge and experience you are looking for to ensure your day runs as seamless as possible.
You have the option of choosing the wedding accommodation choices for your guests or you can leave it up to them to make their own choices based on their budget and their length of stay from the list of hotels on the wedding pages.
Your guests can use these specially discounted accommodation rates to further extend their stay beyond your wedding day and make a holiday out of it for themselves and to spend some relaxing time with the new bride and groom.
Your guests can book on line on these pages or they can telephone the Register Your Wedding team and discuss accommodation and touring options further and discuss preferred payment options.
Wedding Gift Registry:
Another unique feature of Register Your Wedding is that you can set up a Wedding Gift Registry where guests also have the option of making a contribution for your wedding accommodation and honeymoon activities as their wedding gift to you both.
Wedding Communication: Your guests and yourselves will have the ability to send each other wedding arrangement messages and upload photographs in your unique Wedding Communication Section.
What you are required to do
Fill out the Register Your Wedding form on line and then wait for one of our wedding accommodation specialists to call you and discuss how to start building your wedding pages and planning your beautiful Cairns and tropical north Queensland wedding .
What your wedding guests do
Once your wedding guests receive their personal Register Your Wedding Access Code Cards they log in and see your Welcome To Our Wedding note and read all the details of your wedding plans.
When they are ready they can book their wedding accommodation, tours and activities on line or call the Register Your Wedding team to discuss their requirements and payment plans.
What we do not do
Register Your Wedding are not wedding planners. Our job is to put you in touch with the local wedding professionals that can put an amazing wedding day together for you but we can be your local help line that you can call for any questions you may have to do with planning a Cairns, Palm Cove or Port Douglas wedding.
We do not arrange your wedding hire cars, your wedding cake, your wedding flowers or anything else to do with the actual wedding event. We prefer to leave that to the specialists in their field.
We do not book your beach wedding chapel that is also the job of your professional wedding planner.
